On November 1, 2011, in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for Science and Technology Awards of Fuyang City, upon enterprise application, review by the municipal evaluation committee, public notice via media and approval by the municipal government, our company’s new smart pneumatic diaphragm control valve (YSIQ10 Series smart control valve) was awarded the Third Prize of Fuyang Science and Technology Progress Award for 2008–2010.

Our new YSIQ10 Series smart pneumatic diaphragm control valve adopts a modular design with good universality and interchangeability and features a compact structure. It supports a wide variety of variants. By combining different internal valve trim assemblies, it can adapt to working conditions requiring high pressure differential, low noise and high-precision regulation to meet diverse user requirements.

The modular design, together with the two-way usable valve seat and valve body compression connection structure, effectively improves the valve’s sealing class and service life while simplifying maintenance, greatly enhancing the overall performance of the control valve. The ZM10 multi-spring actuator also adopts modular design. Its direct/reverse action mode can be changed on site, and the springs are well protected against corrosion to extend the actuator’s service life and facilitate operation for users. The actuator and smart electro-pneumatic valve positioner adopt a pipeless connection design, improving the control valve’s seismic resistance, operational stability and regulation accuracy to realize precise process control.
