As one of China’s leading R&D and manufacturing bases for industrial control valves, Zhejiang Yongsheng Instrument Co., Ltd. participated in the 24th China International Exhibition on Measurement, Control and Instrumentation (MICONEX 2013, hereinafter referred to as MICONEX) from August 27 to 30, Asia’s influential authoritative exhibition for measurement, control, instrumentation and automation, showcasing its full lineup of industrial control valves.

At this exhibition, Zhejiang Yongsheng showcased various series of self-developed control valves including intelligent regulating valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, self-operated regulating valves and special-purpose valves, attracting keen attention from visitors.
The YSIQ(D)10 Series Pneumatic/Electric Intelligent Single-seat Regulating Valve attracted wide attention and received positive feedback from visitors during the exhibition. As a national Torch Program project launched in 2010, this series holds multiple national patents. Adopting a modular design with good versatility and interchangeability, the valve features a compact structure. It is suitable for various working conditions requiring high stability and high pressure differential to meet user requirements. The YSIQ10 is equipped with ZM10 multi-spring high-strength actuator and intelligent valve positioner, while the YSID10 is fitted with an intelligent electric actuator.

The actuator adopts the ZM10 multi-spring high-strength reinforced actuator. With simple operation, the action mode can be switched between direct and reverse action on site. The slight positive pressure protection provides effective anti-corrosion protection for springs and diaphragms, extending the service life of the actuator and facilitating user operation. The pipeline-free connection design between the actuator and intelligent valve positioner improves the regulating valve's seismic resistance, operational stability and control accuracy to meet the requirement of precise regulation under working conditions.
