The Trade Union Committee of Zhejiang Yongsheng Instrument Co., Ltd. was established in July 2002. Under the correct leadership of the higher-level trade union and the company’s Party branch, it follows the work policy of clarifying positioning, sorting out working ideas, highlighting key tasks, and ensuring solid implementation. The trade union carries out its work closely around the company’s core objectives, and fully performs its four social functions of safeguarding rights, participation, development and education.

A wide range of mass activities have been organized, including the "Work Safety Cup" competition, Women’s Day events, skills contests, heart-to-heart talks and other series of activities. These activities have generated considerable influence among employees and won recognition from higher trade unions. The union has been awarded honors such as "Excellent Enterprise in Work Safety Cup", "Enterprise with Harmonious Labor Relations" and "Advanced Employee Home".

The newly awarded title of 5A-level Grassroots Trade Union is further recognition of our trade union’s work and brings greater responsibilities to the union. Ba Rongming, Chairman of the Trade Union, stated that while continuing to fulfill all routine duties, the company’s trade union will stay pragmatic, progressive and employee-oriented. Serving as the voice of employees to management and acting as a reliable supporter for staff remains the permanent mission of Yongsheng Trade Union.
