On June 28, 2017, Pan Jiawei, Chairman of Hangzhou CPPCC, and his entourage visited Zhejiang Yongsheng Technology Co., Ltd. for research. He awarded the plaque of the 11th Hangzhou CPPCC Member Workstation to Zhang Yongliang, Chairman of the company and a member of Hangzhou CPPCC.

"The CPPCC Member Workstation shall be built into a new channel for public opinion communication, a new platform for pooling strengths, a new base for fulfilling duties, and a new approach for CPPCC innovation." As an innovative initiative of Hangzhou CPPCC, Chairman Pan defined the positioning of the Member Workstation. He expressed the hope that the enterprise-based workstation would further improve its working mechanism, strengthen service support, give full play to its functions, boost the innovative development of CPPCC work, and provide valuable experience for the establishment of subsequent member workstations.

As the person in charge of one of the first four enterprise member workstations, Chairman Zhang Yongliang stated that under the guidance of Hangzhou CPPCC, the workstation will serve as an important channel to collect public opinions. It will reach out to entrepreneurs and grassroots people, build a bridge connecting them, stay close to realities and widely gather public feedback. Collected opinions will be duly converted into sources for member researches, conference speeches, proposals and reports on social conditions and public sentiments.
