2017 was a year of innovation and development for Yongsheng Technology. In October, the company received a surveillance audit on its three major management systems, namely ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001, conducted by a professional audit team. The audit focused on detailed review and guidance concerning the new clauses updated in the latest system standards.
1.In terms of management requirements, the audit team communicated with senior management regarding Clause 4.0 Organizational Context of the new standards. It realized the organic integration of senior management responsibilities specified in both old and new standards, as well as the enterprise’s internal operational environment and quality management system processes.
2.Clause 7.5 Documented Information in the new standards integrates the document control and record control requirements of the old standards, and optimizes the management mode by adopting maintenance and retention rules for documents and records.
3.Customer contract review, product design, procurement management and nonconformity control are uniformly incorporated into Clause 8.0 of the new standards. Among them, procurement management is classified under Clause 8.4 Control of Externally Provided Processes, Products and Services.
4.Data collection and analysis, product application feedback and internal and external satisfaction evaluation are all unified under Clause 9.0 Performance Evaluation.
5.Risk assessment and emergency response management run through the entire operational process. In strict accordance with the new standard requirements, relevant mechanisms have been fully and effectively implemented during this audit.
Targeting the above key audit items, Yongsheng Technology earnestly adopted the improvement suggestions put forward by the audit team on the operation of the quality, safety and environmental management systems. The company also conducted in-depth exchanges with industry experts, striving to elevate its overall enterprise management capabilities to a new level.
