In 2018, under the guidance of the China General Machinery Industry Association and PetroChina Kunlun Energy Company, Yongsheng Technology took on the localization development of key equipment for LNG receiving stations. After two years of rigorous research and development, trial production, testing and verification, the company successfully passed the national achievement appraisal. Following thorough review and on-site inquiry sessions by the appraisal committee experts, three localized valve products were officially certified: NPS 3-CL150 cryogenic and high-pressure control valves, NPS 8-CL600 cryogenic and high-pressure control valves, and NPS 24-CL150 cryogenic butterfly valves.

Against the backdrop of global industrial restructuring and the sustained growth of China’s LNG industry, Yongsheng Technology has ramped up R&D investment to advance technological innovation in core and key links, accelerate market-oriented development of the LNG sector, and reduce overall production costs. Dedicated to realizing the domestic substitution of critical LNG valves, the company has achieved remarkable technological progress.

The official certification fully confirms that Yongsheng Technology has established comprehensive ultra-low temperature valve manufacturing and testing capabilities. With mature production processes and reliable batch production capacity, the company’s products fully meet the operational requirements of LNG projects and can successfully replace equivalent imported equipment. This achievement marks a significant contribution to the localization of core equipment for domestic LNG projects.
