On November 21, the Seminar of the Third Group for National Standard "Requirements and Evaluation Methods for Intelligent Grade of Industrial Instruments" was successfully held at Zhejiang Yongsheng Technology Co., Ltd., located on the banks of the Fuchun River.

Lü Yuhu, Vice Dean of the Valve College of Kaifeng University, presided over the meeting. Mr. Zhang Yongliang, Chairman of Yongsheng Technology, delivered the welcome address. Zhang Yongliang stated that the formulation of this national standard is a major initiative to boost the intelligent level of industrial instruments. A standard serves as a tool for resource allocation, streamlined management, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and modernization of the management system. It also acts as a yardstick for measuring work quality, development level and competitiveness. He put forward three viewpoints for this seminar:
1.We must persist in stimulating the vitality of market entities, and promote the shift of standard supply from government-led to equal emphasis on industry and the market.
2.We must persist in supporting high-quality development, and promote the transformation of standard application from industrial and trade sectors to all fields of economy and society.
3.We must persist in strengthening high-efficiency governance, and promote the transformation of standardization work from a quantity-and-scale model to a quality-and-benefit model.
At the meeting, Mr. Wang Chengcheng, Director of the Standardization Office of the Institute of Mechanical Industry Instrumentation Comprehensive Technology and Economics, introduced the preliminary progress of the standardization work and the main tasks for the next stage. He expressed the hope that the working group would complete relevant work reasonably as scheduled and submit the draft by December 6.
The participating experts and enterprise representatives actively exchanged views and held thorough discussions on the drafting content of the National Standard "Requirements and Evaluation Methods for Intelligent Grade of Industrial Instruments", and basically reached a consensus. As the host of this meeting, Zhejiang Yongsheng Technology Co., Ltd. took the initiative to participate and will undertake the drafting of modules including "Intelligence, Augmented Intelligence and Predictive Maintenance of Valve and Positioner Systems" in the National Standard "Requirements and Evaluation Methods for Intelligent Grade of Industrial Instruments".
After the seminar, experts and enterprise representatives from more than 30 organizations visited Yongsheng’s product exhibition hall and production workshop under the guidance of the General Manager of Yongsheng Technology, and carried out in-depth exchanges.
Recently, General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered important instructions on advancing new industrialization. He emphasized that on the new journey of the new era, we must advance the cause of national rejuvenation and national building in an all-round way through Chinese modernization, among which achieving new industrialization is a key task. Standardization serves as an important technical foundation for advancing new industrialization.
