Recently, the national standard "Requirements and Evaluation Methods for Intelligent Classification of Industrial Instruments" (GB/T 45727-2025) was officially promulgated, which is the first intelligent classification national standard in the field of industrial automation in China, and is planned to be implemented from December 1 of the same year. This standard establishes for the first time a systematic classification system and evaluation path for industrial instrument intelligence, which is of great significance for promoting the development of industrial instrument intelligence.

Zhejiang Yongsheng Technology Co., Ltd. played a key role as the drafting unit of the control valve group. The three professional groups of collaborative temperature/pressure/level instrument group, valve and locator group, and analytical instrument group jointly promote the refinement and formulation of standards.

It will help enterprises accurately select models, promote the large-scale application of industrial Internet of Things and predictive maintenance technology, and provide key standard support for the transformation and upgrading of industrial intelligence.
