In accordance with the Administrative Measures for the Recognition of High-tech Enterprises and the State Key Supported High-tech Fields jointly issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration in April 2008, after going through procedures including local preliminary review and expert evaluation, Yongsheng was recognized as a high-tech enterprise of Zhejiang Province in the third batch of 2008, following its accreditation as a Hangzhou high-tech enterprise in the first half of the year.
