In accordance with the Several Opinions on Further Accelerating the Development of Private Science and Technology Enterprises (Zhe Wei〔2002〕No.11) and the Implementation Opinions on the Recognition of Zhejiang Provincial Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (Zhe Ke Fa Gao〔2002〕No.201), after the review of the recognition results for provincial technology-based enterprises by the Department of Science and Technology of Zhejiang Province and relevant provincial authorities, Yongsheng was rated as one of the second batch of Zhejiang Provincial Technology-based Enterprises in 2008.
