Yesterday afternoon, members of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and CPPCC members visited our company for work guidance. General Manager Zhang Yongliang and Executive Deputy General Manager Ba Rongming hosted the reception.
At the meeting, the officials first gained a general understanding of our company’s overall scale and product portfolio by watching the corporate promotional video. Then they listened to General Manager Zhang Yongliang’s report on the company’s overall development amid the prevailing economic environment. In the first half of 2012, the company received a healthy volume of orders. However, affected by the macroeconomic situation, customers slowed down their project construction progress. Many finished products were not picked up on time, resulting in tied-up working capital and imposing certain impacts on the company. Faced with such circumstances, the company has stepped up efforts in management, product quality, technological R&D innovation and market expansion, aiming to strengthen internal capabilities to compete in the market.
After hearing the report, the leading official of the Standing Committee delivered important remarks. He appreciated the company’s efforts to consolidate internal strengths amid the sluggish macroeconomic environment. He pointed out that the municipal Party committee and government have rolled out various financial support policies to create favorable conditions for enterprise development and strive toward the strategic goal of "invigorating the city through industry". He encouraged entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized enterprises to keep making contributions to Fuyang’s industrial economy.
After the meeting, the delegation toured the factory workshop on site and put forward constructive suggestions for the company’s further development.
