In accordance with the spirit of the Opinions of the Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government on Accelerating the Informatization of Industrial Enterprises (Hang Zheng〔2003〕No.4) and the Circular on Issuing the Measures for the Identification and Administration of Hangzhou Informatization Application Demonstration and Pilot Enterprises (Hang Jing Xin Lian Ji Shu〔2011〕No.27), after recommendation by competent authorities, evaluation by intermediary institutions, review by the Leading Group Office and verification by the Leading Group, our company’s modern enterprise comprehensive information management system was recognized as part of the 10th batch of Hangzhou Informatization Application Pilot Enterprises.

The project of the company’s modern enterprise comprehensive information management system mainly adopts Kingdee ERP management system, CRM customer relationship management system, CAD software for R&D drawing and remote on-site monitoring system. It effectively integrates information management and applied technologies, enabling remote synchronous management of customer relationship management, order tracking and online contracts. Connected with the internal ERP system centered on management accounting, it realizes standardized operations for production and logistics. The system delivers integrated management covering orders, R&D, production tasks, material procurement analysis, machining process control and remote site supervision. The implementation and application of this system have greatly improved the company’s management efficiency and economic benefits.
