The ZZFX(W) series explosion-proof flame-arresting breather valve is made of stainless steel, high-quality aluminum alloy or cast iron, offering low weight and good corrosion resistance. The sealing surfaces between disc and seat use engineering plastics. When closed, the valve provides good sealing to ANSI B16.104 Class VI. The flame-arresting element is stainless steel and uses a porous flame-retardant structure for effective flame arresting. The overall construction is based on the self-acting principle and is designed for explosion-protection applications.
