Recognize, understand and identify with YSMETER and its brand culture; possess good personal reputation and capacity to independently bear investment risks and civil liabilities; hold legal‑person qualification or valid business‑operation qualification, with sound corporate management and standardized operation, and clarify respective responsibilities of both parties.

Approve YSMETER’s operation and management mode and accept agent qualification review; align with corporate strategic direction, recognize YSMETER’s development concepts and policies, and fully implement all company policies.

Prior experience in brand agency and franchise operation; background in industrial manufacturing or valve industry is preferred; sound investment philosophy and sufficient capital strength.

Candidates with an efficient and stable sales team, abundant channels and brand resources are preferred; those with or capable of securing premium store locations in mainstream regional markets are preferred.
