Lean Inspection

YSMETER is equipped with a full suite of advanced inspection and testing facilities to strictly control quality throughout the whole workflow from raw castings or forgings to finished products. Inspection procedures include radiographic testing, dye penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, optical emission spectroscopy, impact test, tensile test, hardness test, fire safe test, ultra low temperature test, vacuum test, low leakage test, ultrasonic testing and hydrostatic test.

Over 100 sets of inspection equipment

Covering full process quality control including chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, dimensional & geometric tolerance inspection and non destructive testing (MT/PT/UT).

More than 50 sets of test systems

Capable of high /low temperature test, flow test, service life test, nitrogen leak detection and more, meeting requirements for factory acceptance tests and prototype type tests.
