The ZSH(DR)WJ/F series rubber-lined/fluorine-lined butterfly valve is used for transporting liquids and gases, including steam, in a wide range of industrial pipelines, especially with corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, chlorine, strong alkalis and aqua regia. The rubber-lined version uses EPDM lining in the body for strong corrosion and erosion resistance and long service life; the EPDM disc/seat sealing combination provides complete sealing and can achieve zero leakage in air-tightness testing, while maintaining low flow resistance and a high rated flow coefficient. The fluorine-lined version uses a PTFE-lined disc with a spherical sealing surface and a silicone-rubber backing at the seat base. It offers light operation, tight sealing and long life and can be used for rapid shutoff or flow regulation. The split-body design and sealed stem arrangement keep the stem isolated from the process medium, simplify stem replacement on the pipeline and allow convenient adjustment of sealing performance.
