The ZSH(DR)OF series fluorine-lined shutoff ball valve uses a two-piece, full-bore floating-ball design. The body interior and ball are lined with F46 or PFA and are intended for isolating or connecting pipelines carrying corrosive media, while also allowing fluid regulation and control. The smooth fluoropolymer lining provides low flow resistance and rapid quarter-turn operation. A special molding process bonds the lining to the valve body to withstand strong acids and alkalis. The lined ball works with a PTFE seat to provide tight sealing and zero leakage. The integral ball-and-stem design eliminates rotational clearance and reduces the risk of pressure-driven component ejection. Metal stops at key body and packing-gland interfaces maintain correct seat preload and reduce operating torque. Pneumatic and electric actuators are interchangeable; the pneumatic actuator uses a compact, high-efficiency double-piston rack-and-pinion design.
