The YSIQ(D)70 series pneumatic/electric intelligent high-pressure control valve incorporates a dedicated structural design, surface hardening of trim by nitriding, WC coating, nickel-based alloy coating or quenching, and multistage pressure-reduction internals. These features provide effective pressure reduction and noise attenuation, erosion resistance and protection against flashing and cavitation, improving service life and regulation under high differential pressure. A labyrinth flow path and multistage plug allow stable operation at high temperature and high differential pressure. The proprietary intelligent actuator can be converted between direct and reverse action in the field and provides spring corrosion protection. Tubeless connection between actuator and intelligent positioner improves vibration resistance, stability and control accuracy. A reversible seat and compression connection improve sealing and service life and simplify maintenance. By changing bonnet configurations, the valve can also meet high-temperature and zero-external-leakage requirements.
