The YSIQ(D)60 series pneumatic/electric intelligent single-seat angle control valve was included in China’s 2010 Torch Program and is covered by multiple national patents. It adopts a compact modular design. A standard top guide can be supplemented by a lower guide beneath the seat, enabling use where high stability and high differential pressure are required. The reversible seat and compression connection to the body improve sealing class and service life while facilitating operation and maintenance. The pneumatic YSIQ60 uses a ZM10 high-strength multi-spring actuator and intelligent valve positioner; the YSID60 electric version uses an intelligent electric actuator. The modular actuator supports field conversion between direct and reverse action and spring corrosion protection, while its tubeless positioner connection improves vibration resistance, stability and control accuracy.
