The YSIQ(D)20 series pneumatic/electric intelligent pressure-balanced single-seat control valve was included in China’s 2010 Torch Program and is covered by multiple national patents. It adopts a compact modular structure with strong commonality and interchangeability. A plug with a balancing port works with an imported sealing ring to form a special dual-line seal, making the valve suitable for high differential-pressure service. A reversible seat and compression-type connection to the body improve sealing class and stability and simplify maintenance. The pneumatic YSIQ20 uses a ZM10 high-strength multi-spring actuator and intelligent valve positioner; the YSID20 electric version uses an intelligent electric actuator. The modular ZM10 allows field conversion between direct and reverse action and protects the springs against corrosion. Its tubeless connection to the intelligent electro-pneumatic positioner improves vibration resistance, stability and regulating accuracy.
