The YSIQ(D)10F series pneumatic/electric intelligent fluorine-lined single-seat control valve was included in China’s 2010 Torch Program and is covered by multiple national patents. It features a compact, highly interchangeable modular design. The body cavity, plug, seat and stem are coated with approximately 3 mm of FEP, providing resistance to highly corrosive chemical media including concentrated sulfuric acid, strong alkalis and aqua regia. A PTFE bellows plus packing provide dual sealing; if the bellows is damaged, the packing acts as a secondary protective seal. The valve is compact, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, tightly sealed, accurate in flow characteristics and easy to maintain, and can be fitted with a multi-spring pneumatic or electric actuator for severe service. It is especially suitable where allowable leakage is low and differential pressure across the valve is not high. The pneumatic version uses a ZM10 high-strength multi-spring actuator and intelligent positioner, while the YSID10F electric version uses an intelligent electric actuator. The modular actuator and tubeless positioner connection improve corrosion resistance, vibration resistance, stability and control accuracy.
