The YSIQ(D)10 series pneumatic/electric intelligent single-seat control valve was included in China’s 2010 Torch Program and is covered by multiple national patents. It uses a compact modular design with strong commonality and interchangeability. The standard top-guided structure can be supplemented with a lower guide beneath the seat, enabling use in applications requiring high stability and high differential pressure. A reversible seat and compression-type seat-to-body connection improve shutoff class and service life while making operation and maintenance convenient. The YSIQ10 pneumatic version is equipped with a ZM10 high-strength multi-spring actuator and intelligent valve positioner; the YSID10 electric version uses an intelligent electric actuator. The ZM10 actuator is modular, allowing easy field conversion between direct and reverse action and providing effective spring corrosion protection. Tubeless connection between the actuator and intelligent electro-pneumatic positioner improves vibration resistance, operating stability and control accuracy for precise process control.
