
This vacuum gate-valve series is available with pneumatic or electric actuation. The structure is designed for smooth movement, low shock and vibration, reliable operation, good sealing and long service life, making it suitable for automation of large vacuum equipment. The actuator moves a push rod connected to a linkage mechanism that drives the gate open and closed. The linkage magnifies travel and increases mechanical leverage; a four-wheel support mechanism provides smooth, low-noise motion. A fork structure reduces friction losses and improves opening/closing smoothness and sealing. Fluoroelastomer seals provide reliable sealing and low outgassing. The valve body uses internal sectional welding in stainless steel to achieve a low leak rate.
