The high-vacuum poppet valve is used to connect or isolate vacuum pipelines. Opening and closing are achieved by vertical movement of the stem. Pneumatic, electric and manual drives are available, with right-angle, straight-through and oblique-angle configurations. The valve features simple construction, reliable sealing and convenient disassembly. A captive sealing structure prevents the sealing ring from dropping out; a compression-type seal groove simplifies machining and installation. A special bellows seal provides reliable sealing at controlled cost. An integral cylinder reduces weight and cost, and a dedicated solenoid-valve arrangement is compact and economical. Microswitch sensing supports PLC control. Aluminum components reduce weight, and the weld-free structure reduces potential leak paths and improves vacuum performance.
